Our B828 blocks share the same size as our B882 blocks, but with a different magnetization direction. These blocks are magnetized through one of the 1/2″ dimensions, meaning the magnetic poles are located on the 1 1/2″ x 1/8″ faces.

This orientation causes the magnets to attract each other end-to-end, as shown in the bottom picture. It’s an ideal setup for applications requiring linear magnetic alignment, such as latching mechanisms, sliding assemblies, or sensor configurations.
