Description:

Pyrolytic Boron Nitride (PBN) Sheets from GESmaterials are produced through the Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process, where BCl₃ and NH₃ gases react at high temperatures and low pressures to form ultra-pure boron nitride. This process ensures purity levels above 99.99%, with total metallic impurities less than 100 ppm. Compared to conventional hot-pressed BN ceramics, PBN sheets deliver exceptional purity, uniform microstructure, and near-theoretical density, making them highly reliable in demanding applications.
