Description:

Pyrolytic Boron Nitride (PBN) Tubes from GESmaterials are manufactured using the Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process, where BCl₃ and NH₃ react at high temperature and low pressure to form an ultra-pure material. This process ensures purity levels above 99.99% with metallic impurities less than 100 ppm, giving PBN tubes a uniform microstructure, near-theoretical density, and excellent mechanical strength. Compared with standard hot-pressed BN ceramics, PBN tubes exhibit superior purity, durability, and thermal shock resistance.
