This process ensures purity levels above 99.99% with metallic impurities less than 100 ppm, giving PBN tubes a uniform microstructure, near-theoretical density, and excellent mechanical strength. Compared with standard hot-pressed BN ceramics, PBN tubes exhibit superior purity, durability, and thermal shock resistance.
